How can I control my radiators from my phone?
Download the CLIMASTAR app from Google Play or the App Store. Then connect the WiFi control unit to your home router and pair each radiator from the “Add” option in the app.
Do I need a WiFi control unit to use the app?
Yes. The WiFi control unit is required to connect your radiators to the internet and enable remote control through the app or web platform.
How do I know if the radiator is connected correctly?
When the radiator is successfully paired, the “Link” icon remains fixed at the top of the radiator display.
What operating modes does the radiator have?
The radiator has three operating modes:
- Auto: follows a programmed heating schedule.
- Manual: maintains a fixed temperature.
- OFF: keeps the unit switched off.
Can I schedule different temperatures throughout the day?
Yes. In automatic mode, you can set different temperatures for each hour and each day of the week using the available comfort profiles:
- Comfort
- Eco / Saving
- Anti-frost
What happens if I change the temperature in automatic mode?
The manual temperature change will remain active until the next scheduled change is applied automatically.
What should I do if I cannot configure the WiFi control unit?
Check the following points:
- Make sure the WiFi network is active.
- Check that the router assigns a valid IP address.
- Confirm that the WiFi control unit is correctly connected to the router.
