How can I control my radiators from my phone?
Download the CLIMASTAR app from Google Play or the App Store. Follow the setup instructions for your model. For systems that use a WiFi control unit, connect the unit to your home router and pair each radiator using the “Add” option in the app.
Do I need a WiFi control unit to use the app?
This depends on your radiator model. Systems designed to work with a WiFi control unit need that unit to connect the radiators to the internet. Check your product manual for the equipment and connection method required by your model.
How do I know if the radiator is connected correctly?
On models with a “Link” indicator, the icon remains steady when the radiator is successfully paired. Check your model’s manual for its connection indicators.
What operating modes does the radiator have?
Depending on your model, the available modes include:

- Manual: maintains a set temperature.
